MVerity - Terms of Use / Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy, the terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Vehcon, Inc. dba MVerity.com. The terms “You” and “Your” apply to the person(s) who use the MVerity mobile application.

Your privacy is important to us, and the following information describes the data We collect through MVerity and how that data is used by Us or by third parties, subject to this Privacy Policy. The policies outlined below apply to MVerity and all of its components. By using the MVerity website or mobile app, You acknowledge Your understanding and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

  1. Through MVerity, You may provide, or We may collect, the following types of information:
    1. “Personal Information”, such as your name, phone number, address, and email address.
    2. “Vehicle Information”, including without limitation Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN), vehicle odometer readings, and other information You may provide or We may capture related to Your vehicles.
    3. “Photo Information”, including any photographic image You capture through the MVerity mobile application, along with information about the photograph’s characteristics and the electronic device (i.e. your mobile phone) used to capture the photograph.
    4. “System Information”, including without limitation details regarding (i) Your usage of the MVerity mobile application; (ii) the time and frequency of such usage; (iii) the location(s) of such usage, as determined by Your IP address, GPS or other means; (iv) the specific inputs and responses associated with Your usage.
    All of the information above may be referred to collectively as “MVerity User Information.”
  2. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, We will use the MVerity User Information solely for the purpose of managing your account, and monitoring and evaluating the operation and performance of MVerity, including without limitation engaging in communication and correspondence with You regarding Your use of and experience with MVerity.
  3. Vehcon will not disclose MVerity User Information to any third party, except as follows:
    1. If You have downloaded the MVerity application in connection with a product testing, evaluation, or discounting program sponsored by MVerity or any third-party (collectively, the “Referring Party”), We may share your MVerity User information with the Referring Party.
    2. You specifically consent to having one or more third parties receive MVerity User Information generated in connection with Your use of MVerity, or
    3. If We aggregate, redact, or otherwise “anonymize” the MVerity User Information such that the information We provide cannot be directly linked to Your individual identity.
